Stephen Black Builders Is Best of Show Winner
In June, Stephen Black Builders (SBB) was honored with one of the most esteemed titles, Best of Show, at the Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes. SBB won for our home located at 330 Kauffman Road in Annville. In addition to Best of Show, we also received the best kitchen, best bath and best landscaping awards.
“Over the years, we’ve been involved with the Parade of Homes several times, and it is always an honor for one of our homes to be recognized in this fashion,” stated Steve Black, president of Stephen Black Builders, Inc.

Currently, he is still active in the Pennsylvania Builders Association as a representative to the National Association of Home Builders.
